Welcome to the Tekkers Under 12s. A club built on passion, development, teamwork and enjoyment of the game.

Our players are at an exciting stage of their football journey, where learning, confidence and game understanding come together in a competitive but supportive environment. We focus on helping every player improve their skills, embrace challenges, and develop both on and off the pitch.

At Tekkers, we believe football is about more than results. It's about creating friendships, building character, encouraging respect, and giving every child the opportunity to thrive as part of a positive team culture. Supported by dedicated coaches, volunteers and families, our Under 12s are proud to represent the club and our community.

 Colchester Tekkers Community Youth FC are looking for new players. We're a brand new team/club entering the Colchester & District Youth League at U12s. Stanway, Colchester.

•  Regular structured training sessions
•  Coaches hold UEFA A - FA Level 2 badges
•  Coaches who are approachable, supportive and respectful
•  Colchester United legend Karl Duguid is our head of youth development

What Tekkers are looking for:

•  Players at a good standard that want to listen, learn and progress 
•  Some team or league experience at low/mid level
•  Good attitude and team spirit and work ethic
•  Available for training and matchdays
